So, our first big production at our new venue was a right hoot. We bracketed this whole show as a giant learning curve and boy did we learn a lot! We learned that flying is harder than it looks, and that heating is a must, we learned that not every problem can be solved with gaffer tape and that if all else fails, improvise… and lots more! The real beauty of being a young learning company is that we can make mistakes and learn from them, then put what we’ve learned into practice in the next show we do.

There will be big changes made in the new year which affect all parts of the company. Our show group will be starting their next show including a huge wad of technique classes. The community classes will also be getting a re-vamp and we will be offering more diverse classes than ever before!

Early feedback from Peter Pan indicates that audiences were surprised by the quality of work, that the cast showed a lot of promising skills. From everyone here at fracture theatre:
